Nigel Evans MP Appointed to Chairman’s Panel Nigel Evans MP, Member of Parliament for the Ribble Valley, was today appointed by the Speaker of the House of Commons to the Chairman’s Panel. Mr Evans will now chair debates in Westminster Hall and Standing Committees.
Mr Evans said,
“Obviously I am delighted with the appointment.
